There’s quite a bit of willow here and on the road to the beach, which goes right beside the river, is a valley of willow. So spring brings a “field” of pussywillow! That is, if they survived the moose. Good lord there’s been a lot there this winter. Normally see maybe one-two moose around there but this year it’s been between 20-30 moose all winter. They came out of the hills earlier than normal and have just stayed in town 🤷🏼♀️
