i am gorse and heather talus and scree bone bleached and tortoise shell beached ichor flowing from spring-borne alder and velvet rubbed off and landing at the feet of ancient towering trees pinprick welling a foxthorn pierced and forlorn

That’s a good one. But I’m a sucker for forest scenes anyhow.

Thanks! As am I.
One day I’ll get back to a dense forest to drink it in. Not soon, if the workloads keep as they are, but that’s another story.

Silly as it is, I keep my compost in a growing Hűgelmound in the woods out back. That way I don’t have an excuse not to go for a bit every few days.

There are some good spots for Utiseta a ways out from the Hűgel.

I’ll have to find one for myself soon.

Bro-Tip: avoid biways and plane routes. Much as I love my woods, PWM aeroport is a half hour away. Makes doing mindfulness hard, fills a head with unkind thoughts if one is not careful.

I have my own issues like that here. We have a small municipal airport that likes to train pilots over my house. 🛫
So, basement or dayhike… And age says basement is soooo much easier.
