my writing goal has always been encouraging others: write from your heart, too
This series of writing explorations that I call mushin are an attempt to grasp the concept of mushin no shin (mind without mind, 無心の心, often shortened to mushin, or “no-mind”). I am using prompts, as those given and explained in another post, largely because they are Zen and Tao themes for meditation (which suits this exploration), not as an endorsement for the book from which they are derived. The daily prompts can be found in this table.
Hmm don’t know where to go from that one…

Is it hard?
Insurmountable like the sheer surface of a cliff?
What if there was no wall?
You built it so you can make it fall…

Ps: you are sure you really don’t mind me publishing here to your page? I can just keep it to myself too 😅😅

Just realised how weird that sounded – but I’m sure you catch my drift!

🤣 I do. I actually probably wouldn’t have “gone there”, mostly because we’re not in a pub, ribbing each other over a drink.
