I hate it when people refresh the date of their old posts to stay at the top of their follower’s Reader feed.
It’s a sad habit to regurgitate posted because you don’t have new content or you want to make sure people see what you wrote.
It’s not a service. It’s clutter and spam after the fourth or fifth (or tenth) time I see the same post at the top of my feed because it was “updated” with a new time and date.
End rant.
Yeah, I unfollow that personally. But I’m a picky reader.

I’ve started to. Decent writing, but lately several are overdoing it on that tactic up to several times about day, and I’m done giving them the benefit of the doubt

It’s really too bad, as some sites resorting to this tactic have decent content at least occasionally. But, when I see something over and over that should really be a sticky instead of a perpetually updated post, I get irritable. “I know, I know! I read this! I can’t “like” it more than once!”
